Our Mission
To support people to achieve an individual everyday life that is rich with relationships in neighbourhoods, communities and society.
We Believe That:
- people are entitled to reciprocal relationships based on trust, respect, responsibilitiy and common interests
- people build connected freely given relationships based on mutual respect and interests that recognize strengths and gifts rather than needs and deficits
- people can have less paid support in their lives when freely given reciprocal relationships are fostered and supported in a thoughtful and responsible way
- people, through everyday life, are able to attain the knowledge and experience needed to grow within and enrich their lives

How Do We Do It?
By talking to people about what we do and what they would like to do in their community. Exchanging information with other people, groups and associations. Acting as a resource about community services, networks, activities and events. Providing people with the tools to get to know themselves and the resources in their community. Building on existing community networks and valuing meaningful community involvement.
Who Are We?
Since 1994, Creative Connections has been making meaningful and lasting connections for people with barriers. Creative Connections is eclectic, diverse, creative, community-driven, resourceful and knowledgeable.
