Youth Employment Source!

The YES! offers 15—19 year–olds with developmental disabilities the opportunity to find and maintain paid employment out of school hours.

What's the Catch?

There isn't one. 15-19 year-olds who participate in the project gain valuable, paid, work experience that enhances their employability as adults.

How Does It Work?

YES! matches 15-19 year-olds with peers who can provide on-the-job support. YES! also interviews, trains and pays the supportive teen for as long as necessary. This experience creates a mutual learning situation for both teens.
